Board of Directors

This committee shall establish financial procedures, prepare a proposed annual budget and financial statement and at least annually review the types and amounts of insurance coverage to be maintained for the protection of the Club's property and against loss or liability, including workman's compensation insurance. No Club funds may be expended except in accordance with procedures established by the Board of Directors The Treasurer shall serve on this committee.

Membership and Historical Committee

This committee shall develop and recommend to the Board of Directors programs and campaigns to solicit new members. They shall investigate and pass on to the Board their recommendations for all applications for membership, leaves of absence, or changes in membership status. They shall maintain an accurate membership roster. They shall prepare and maintain a record of the Club's history which it shall review and update annually.

Golf Committee

This committee shall establish rules for play on the golf course, schedule and plan for all tournaments including outside events, and coordinate all golf related activities. The golf professional shall serve on this committee in an advisory capacity.

Green and Fairways Committee

This committee shall advise on the upkeep and maintenance of the clubhouse, grounds, golf course and other related property, and shall establish rules for the use of golf carts and the closing of the course because of weather conditions. The golf professional and the golf course superintendent shall serve on this committee in an advisory capacity.

House Committee

This committee shall establish rules for the use of the clubhouse and the pool house and shall plan and arrange social activities to encourage maximum participation by the members and their families. It shall also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of both the clubhouse and the pool house. The club manager shall serve on this committee in an advisory capacity.

Pool and Tennis Committee

This committee shall establish rules for the use of the pool and tennis facilities and schedule, plan, and coordinate, all intra-club and outside tournaments, matches, and meets. The committee shall advise on the upkeep and maintenance of the tennis facility and the swimming pool. The tennis professional and the pool manager shall serve on this committee.

Charter and By-Laws Committee

This committee shall continually review the charter and by-laws of the club and recommend to the Board of Directors and proposed changes. This committee shall also review all actions of the Board of Directors to be sure they are acting in accordance with the club charter and by-laws.

Human Resources Committee

This committee shall develop and insure the administration of personnel issues but not limited to: job descriptions, employee evaluations, disciplinary policies, employee benefits, and other such issues that may affect the administration or sound personnel practices.
